Reno resident and part-time fairy princess Carrie Garlington eyes a group of colorful hand made princess crowns at the Medieval Fantasy Festival in downtown Vacaville Saturday afternoon. The two day festival played host to performers, art displays, vendors, musical groups, games, costume contests and the return of the popular rat-hurling competition throughout the weekend.
